About

Eslam Salah studied agriculture at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU). In 2019 he founded Lupinta, a Malmö food company that makes protein from lupin grown in Skåne. Lupinta is a separate company and still runs. He also co-founded Malmö Food Incubator.

Today he runs NexFood. It connects food companies in the EU, the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) and North Africa, runs an open directory of the region's food-tech companies, and works with those companies directly.
